Thanks for your order! Orders are processed and shipped standard business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3 p.m. are processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be procesed on Monday. Orders may be placed online or by emailing info@janetsfinest.com.

In-stock orders are shipped ground via UPS or USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive in 5-7 business days. Expedited orders generally arrive within 2 business days. Please note that large orders may arrive in separate packages on different days. Shipping costs are passed through from our carriers based on order weight and delivery location. 

To ensure there are no delivery delays, please review your address and let us know as soon as you can if you notice an error. Once an order has been sent, we are unable to correct any errors in the delivery address.
