  • How long does it take to receive an order?
    In-stock orders are shipped ground via UPS or USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive in 5-7 business days. Expedited orders generally arrive within 2 business days. Please note that large orders may arrive in separate packages on different days.
  • How are shipping charges determined?
    Shipping costs are passed through from our carriers (UPS or USPS) based on order weight and delivery location.
  • My package arrived damaged. What should I do?
    If a product you received arrived damaged, please let us know as soon as you can by emailing to info@janetsfinest.com. Please include a photo of the damaged and shipping box. We will then make all reasonable efforts to replace or refund you for the damaged product.
